This workout will increase your strength by building lean muscle mass and burning fat. It is a great way to weight train for all fitness levels. We will use intervals to go through a fun circuit.

We will meet at the Decadium entrance in the store. Wear comfortable workout clothing and athletic shoes. Bring a refillable water bottle to stay hydrated and a yoga mat for warm up and cool down.
