These sessions are designed to improve your metabolic conditioning, strength and mobility in an action packed interval style workout. Boost your endurance and overall metabolism to burn calories long after you finish. You will be executing mostly bodyweight and compound movements. All exercises can be modified to suit participants' level.

How to cancel your registration

You can cancel your registration for an activity up to 24 hours before its start time with full reimbursement. If you cancel with less than 24-hour notice, you will not be reimbursed. Sorry! You can cancel your registration directly from the activity page on Decathlon Activities.
