- This is a 5 week session, valid for 1 class per week - From February 7 to March 8, 2022 - Choose your day and time in the scrolling menu above: Mondays from 5:30pm to 6:15pm OR Tuesdays from 5:30pm to 6:15pm ATTENTION: The class pack is only valid for 1 day and time slot per week. We will combine stationary bike with strength training! We will warm up for 25 minutes on the bike and then finish the class with exercises that will work all the muscles in your body.

How to cancel your registration

You can cancel your registration for an activity up to 24 hours before its start time with full reimbursement. If you cancel with less than 24-hour notice, you will not be reimbursed. Sorry! You can cancel your registration directly from the activity page on Decathlon Activities.
