Description

La méthode Pilates se compose de séries de mouvements progressifs doux, qui permettent d'allonger et de renforcer les muscles. Elle vise l'amélioration de la posture et de la tonicité tout en vous procurant une détente en profondeur!

Portez des vêtements confortables. Apportez une bouteille d'eau. Il est fortement recommandé d'apporter votre propre tapis de yoga, ceux-ci n'étant pas fournis. Vous pouvez vous procurer un tapis de yoga en ligne ou au Gym Sports Montréal (situé au rez-de-chaussée du Complexe sportif Claude-Robillard).
