- 4 week session (2 classes per week) - From February 7th to March 7th, 2022 - Mondays and Thursdays, 10:15am to 11am NO CLASS on February 21st (Family day) The class will focus on helping you get stronger, increase endurance, develop coordination, balance, and core strength. It's a great way to get moving, improve your fitness and physical performance in a manner which you are comfortable with. The trainer will provide support to ensure proper form with modifications given. All fitness levels welcome!

Hand sanitizer and equipment (i.e. dumbbells) will be provided. However, please bring your own mat for the cool down and stretch. Wear comfortable workout clothing and running shoes. Classes will take place in the Decadium. Please arrive a few minutes early.
