The session begins with concentration and breathing exercises. We continue with floor stretches, standing postures and balance exercises. The session ends with a relaxation and visualization moment to gently ease into the rest of the day.
Please wear comfortable, loose-fitting or stretchy clothing.
Bring a water bottle, a lock, a mat and 1 or 2 yoga blocks.

How to cancel your registration
You can cancel your registration for an activity up to 24 hours before its start time with full reimbursement. If you cancel with less than 24-hour notice, you will not be reimbursed. Sorry!
