What is a session?
A session is a set of classes you purchase in advance. Choose the day and time that work for you, and then keep up with the same class each week for the duration of the session. You’ll get to know your coach, and it'll be easier to track your development. You’ll also build close ties with the other participants in the group. It’s a great way to stay committed to your fitness while connecting with others.

Sessions are available for a wide range of sports. Find a sport you love, or try something new. From swim coaching to dance classes, Pilates sessions to tennis lessons…there’s something for everyone.

Prefer to drop-in?
No problem! If there are still spots available after a session has started, drop-in classes can be purchased separately. It’s a great way to try a new class and see if you’d like to buy a session for the following season.
